Bookings

To ensure the privacy of all of our clients, we are by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins. All new clients must book a consultation to properly assess the area(s) of concern to determine a treatment plan. To schedule your initial consultation or appointment, please schedule online, email us at Info@ComplexionTatoo.com or call us at 971-300-4542.

To ensure all my valued clients have an opportunity to receive services and to confirm you are serious about booking your appointment a $100 deposit is required to book an appointment. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your session the day of your appointment. All remaining payment is due the day of your appointment unless a payment plan has been established in writing.

cancellation policy

Complexion CosMedical Tattoo is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen, therefore we require 48 hours notice to make any adjustments. Please understand that if you fail to show up for your appointment without cancelling 48 hours in advance your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

If you are running late for your scheduled appointment, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you.

ALL PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING YOUR INITIAL APPOINTMENT MUST BE FOLLOWED OR YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.

check in

Due to COVID-19, our policy has be updated to enforce the following protocols mandated by the state of Oregon to remain safe.

  1. If you or someone you’ve had close contact with has been sick, had a fever or been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days please reschedule your appointment. We cannot afford to get sick and have to close down the studio again, we are trusting you with our health.
  2. To ensure limited contact time, please wait outside or in your caruntil we call you inside. No guests or children are allowed inside with you. Remember to only bring in what you can hold on your lap, cell phone, wallet and keys. If you need assistance into the building, please call ahead at 971-300-4542.
  3. Please come wearing a mask for the duration of your appointment. If you don’t have a mask, one will be provided for you.
  4. Please wash your handsin the bathroom as soon as you come into the salon. Follow the 20 second hand hygiene protocol and dry with a disposable paper towel.
  5. No food or drinks will be allowed in the service areas. Please leave water bottles or drinks in your car.
  1. From now on credit cards will be required when you book your appointment. We will be enforcing our no call no show policy, charging 100% of the deposit cost. Your card information will not be kept on file. Thank you for your understanding as our time is extremely limited right now with decreased schedule availability and increased clientele.

Thank you for your continued support during this difficult time. We look forward to serving you and truly appreciate your business!
